Facilitated by Richard Rogers

“Richard offers participants the opportunity to work creatively to overcome their own challenges. Richards practical and thoughtful style has always made him very popular with both sponsor and learner. I love the way that Richard brings his own experience into the learning environment and uses fun and enjoyment to create memorable learning that people refer to many years later. Richard has become recognised by my team as a trainer whose great sense of what's right in the training room, and outside it, leads to excellent results."

“Richard is without a doubt one of the most creative and open minded trainers I have ever met. He has a particular talent in adapting the content of a session to the needs of the group in the moment, in innovative and inspiring ways. His learners find themselves stimulated, challenged, motivated and capable of applying the learning. He has great energy and charisma, and fills the room with his personality and positive attitude."
